Attorney Richard Fitzpatrick

Imagine a man that has been described as “ruthless to insurance firms, but nice enough to introduce to your mother”. Richard is a local Boston man who looks after everyday people like you.

He founded Fitzpatrick & Associates in 2003. After completing his secondary education at the Wilbraham & Monson Academy Richard attended undergraduate at Stonehill College where he received a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology.

He attended Roger Williams University School of Law. While in Law School Richard was the Vice President of the Student Bar Association and served as president of the Phi Alpha Delta Legal Fraternity.

Now Richard is leading a law firm with one of the best reputations in Boston. We have more 5 star reviews on Google and elsewhere on the internet than any other firm in our area of law.

Attorney Marissa M. Saracina

Marissa joined Fitzpatrick & Associates in 2019. She concentrates her practice in the areas of workers’ compensation and social security. Prior to joining Fitzpatrick & Associates she represented clients in social security hearings throughout the country.

Marissa attended Roger Williams University School of law and graduated in 2015. She went on to earn a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice from Roger Williams University (’12) and a Master’s Degree in Criminal Justice from Johnson and Wales University (’17).

While in law school she received the CALI Excellence for the Future Award for the highest grade in her class in Advanced Appellate Advocacy as well as Immigration law.  She also participated in her school’s alternative spring break with South Eastern Louisiana Legal Services in New Orleans, Louisiana.

Marissa is admitted to practice law in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts as well as the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts.

Attorney Adam X. Halpin

Adam joined Fitzpatrick & Associates in 2017. He concentrates his practice in Worker’s Compensation, Social Security Disability, Personal Injury, Employment law, and Automobile accidents.

Adam attended New England School of Law │ Boston, and received his Juris Doctor Magna Cum Laude in 2016 . While in Law School Adam was on the Dean’s list all semesters, received the New England Scholar Award from 2013-2015, was awarded the Trustee’s Academic Scholarship from 2014-2016.

Adam served as a Judicial Intern for the Honorable Judge Raymond Brassard in Superior Court and he served as a student Attorney for the New England Law│Boston Clinical law Office representing clients in Social Security Disability, Family Law, and Elder Planning.

Adam also studied at the National University of Ireland, Galway where he participated in a course entitled Perspective on the U.S. Supreme Court taught by the late Justice Antonin Scalia.

Adam is Admitted to Practice Law in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
